- 500 grams ditalini pasta(or any short pasta of your preference)
- 2 cans tuna (drained)
- 1 can kernel corn (drained) – alternatively you can use a can of mixed vegetables
- 1 pack (40 grams) of vegetable soup (undiluted)
- 4 teacups grated cheese (cheddar, gouda, gruyere, etc)
- Salt, pepper
- 750 ml milk
- 750 ml water
Place the pasta (uncooked) into a 13 X 9-inch ovenproof pan.
Add the vegetable soup, the tuna –coarsely chopped-, the kernel corn and the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the milk and the water and bake in a preheated, at 180 degrees, oven for 50-55 minutes until all fluids are absorbed.
Serve it hot or at a room temperature.
