- 500 grams of self-rising flour (1 pack)
- 250 grams of butter or margarine (1 pack)
- 400 grams of sugar (2 teacups)
- 360 ml milk (2 teacups)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee
- 100 grams of chocolate chips (1 pack)
Put all of the above ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in the mixer bowl and whisk until the mixture is homogenized and smooth.
Add the choc chips and fold them gently in the dough.
Grease a large, non-stick baking pan and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated, at 160 degrees, oven for about an hour. Dip the tip of a knife into the middle of the cake. If the knife comes out clean, the cake is ready!
