- 1 package Trahanoto
- 2 chicken breasts finely chopped into strips
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 100 ml white, dry wine
- 700 ml hot water
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 200 ml sour cream
- Salt, pepper
- Grated Parmesan
In a large skillet , heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion for 2 ‘. Add the chicken breasts and sauté for another 8’ – 10 ‘ until chicken is almost cooked.
Add trahanoto and stir well. Add the wine and let the food to simmer. Then add the water, the tomato paste, the basil and season with salt and pepper. Once trahanoto is cooked and all liquids have been absorbed (requires approximately 5’), add the cream and let the trahanoto to simmer for another 2’.
Serve immediately with grated Parmesan.
