- 6 bread slices
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 320 grams Safcol tuna in olive oil (2 cans)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper or cayenne pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt
Toast the bread slices according to your preference. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Meanwhile in a bowl mix with a fork the cream cheese, the tuna (drained from its oil), the lemon juice, the parsley and the chili or cayenne pepper.
Apply a big spoon of cheese mixture on each bread slice and serve. If desired, sprinkle with some more chili seeds.
