Spicy tuna bruschetta

The weather becomes warmer every day and we love spending time outdoors. Sunny days call for a glass of ouzo and some appetizers to escort it. These bruschetta are prepared quickly and easily in a couple of minutes. Enjoy!


  • 6 bread slices
  • 300 grams cream cheese
  • 320 grams Safcol tuna in olive oil (2 cans)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper or cayenne pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt


Toast the bread slices according to your preference. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Meanwhile in a bowl mix with a fork the cream cheese, the tuna (drained from its oil), the lemon juice, the parsley and the chili or cayenne pepper.

Apply a big spoon of cheese mixture on each bread slice and serve. If desired, sprinkle with some more chili seeds.
