Open sandwich with smoked ham and chevre goat cheese

This sandwich combines intense, yet unique flavors, that match perfectly together. Enjoy this sandwich with a cup of Pike Place Roast filter coffee.

Ingredients

  • A slice of rye bread (Greman type)
  • A thick slice of smoked ham
  • A thick slice of chevre goat cheese
  • Balsamic vinegar glaze

 

Toast the bread.

Warm a skillet on a medium to high heat and cook the smoked ham and the goat cheese for a few minutes (both sides).

Place the smoked ham and the cheese on the toasted bread, sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar glaze and enjoy.
