We eat pies for breakfast, for lunch, for snack, etc. This recipe is all about the puff pastry, the recipe of which was given to me by a friend who owns a small coffee shop in Moschato, nearby my office. In this coffee shop, the owners, prepare and bake every day various pies, pizza and sandwiches for their happy customers. Stuff the pies with any ingredients that you love, and I am absolutely positive that they will become your favorite snack.
