- A slice of rye bread (Greman type)
- A thick slice of smoked ham
- A thick slice of chevre goat cheese
- Balsamic vinegar glaze
Toast the bread.
Warm a skillet on a medium to high heat and cook the smoked ham and the goat cheese for a few minutes (both sides).
Place the smoked ham and the cheese on the toasted bread, sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar glaze and enjoy.
